Huevos Rancheros Su Casa

Two house-made tostadas topped with refried beans, sunny side up eggs, our own spicy ranchero sauce, thinly shaved red onion, pico de gallo, and queso fresco. Served with rice.

Su Casa-quiles

House-fried tortilla chips simmered in our own ranchero sauce, served on a bed of black beans. Topped with melted chihuahua cheese, chipotle crema, two eggs your way, thinly shaved red onion, cilantro, and queso fresco.

Steak & Eggs

12oz ribeye cooked to order, served with two eggs your way, a side of chilaquiles, two slices of bacon, and breakfast potatoes.

Chicken & Churro Waffles

House-made churro waffles dusted with cinnamon and sugar, served alongside our house-made crispy chicken tenders, topped with bacon crumbs and our signature jalapeño maple syrup.

Burracho Burrito

12” flour tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, white American cheese, bacon, pickled jalapeños, tater tots, pico de gallo, and chipotle crema. Served with breakfast potatoes.

Mexican Avocado Toast

Griddle toasted Bolillo spread with seasoned avocado mash, topped with “Esquites” street corn salad, queso contija, chipotle crema, cilantro, pickled red onion, and Tajín.

American Avocado Toast

Griddle toasted Bolillo spread with seasoned avocado mash, bacon bites, chopped tomatoes, and everything but elote seasoning.
